Refunds for Subscriptions
If you would like a refund on your subscription, please note the following conditions:
- Poor Input Quality. If we manually review your input images and find they do not meet the requirements for producing successful AI-generated pictures, we are not obligated to issue a refund. However, we may offer to redo the AI-generated photos while providing clear guidelines on the specifications for the uploaded images.
- The refund will be provided for your most recent payment. For example, if you've made three payments for the weekly subscription, we can only issue a full refund for the third payment.
- Downloading Images. When you download the AI-generated images, you accept them and they are not eligible for a refund. However, you can preview all of your AI-generated pictures before downloading.
Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

How To Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Customer Support by emailing [email protected]. Remember to include the email address associated with your order when requesting a refund.
How Long Do Refunds Take
By this policy, we will review and respond to refund requests, within 1-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
